This
resort is along Nova Scotia's picturesque South Shore on the Lighthouse
Route. Nearby are many major festivals such as the Mahone Bay Wooden
Boat Festival and Chester Race Week. Lunenburg, recently named a World
Heritage site by the UN, hosts their Folk Harbour Music Festival,
Craft Festival,and the Nova Scotia Folk Art Festival. The nearby scenic
town of Mahone Bay hosts the Fall Scarecrow Festival and Antique Fair,
and White Lights Festival.
